Project 27: ROOM FOR ACCESS
Kaldor Public Art Projects and Accessible Arts are proud to present Room for Access, a tailor made event offering artists with disability a unique experience
of the groundbreaking 13 Rooms exhibition at Pier 2/3.
The lively program begins with a welcome by 13 Rooms international artist Laura Lima, followed by a guided tour of 13 Rooms, art talks
by 13 Rooms performers Georgia Cranko and Matthew Shilcock with guest actor Gerard Dwyer. Renowned choreographer Caroline Bowditch will facilitate
an interactive workshop, after which participants can enjoy selected integrated film screenings. The afternoon culminates in a special edition of the
Sundowners series of talks, featuring Caroline Bowditch and ABC broadcaster and disability advocate Stella Young, in conversation.
Access: The venue is wheelchair accessible. Auslan Interpreted and Audio Described tours available on request.
