Spanish artist Santiago Sierra is internationally renowned for his challenging artworks that focus our attention on the inequities in social and economic systems. As part of the 22nd Kaldor Public Art Project with Sierra, the artist will also present a public program of talks and events in three Australian cities. In Sydney, he speaks with a panel of indigenous Australian artists at the Cervantes Institute; in Canberra, he speaks with Peter Naumann at the National Gallery of Australia; and in Brisbane, he speaks with Nicholas Baume the Gallery of Modern Art on the occasion of the opening of his project there.
