Nihal Rupasinghe of the Sinhalese Cultural Forum of NSW, responds to Roman Ondák’s work with reflections on Sinhalese social rituals. He is assisted by Sri Lankan ritual dancers Rishni Abeysirinarayana, Inuri Wettasinghe and Udara Gunawardhana, who perform Kuveni Asna, originally a thanksgiving, forgiveness or post-harvest ritual.
