Monday, April 18, 2011

This month, MOVE: Video art in schools will be launched in the Australian Capital Territory with the support of the ACT Department of Education and Training and the National Gallery of Australia. This successful resource for secondary schools is already available in all Australian states and over 1,800 schools!

MOVE: Video art in schools is a collection of 12 video art works by leading Australian artists and is distributed to secondary schools for use and study in the classroom. Supplied on DVD with support materials and information, this package is an innovative tool for the study of both video art and Australian contemporary art.

From May 2011, all ACT government secondary schools will have access to MOVE free of charge. The package may also be purchased by teachers and staff employed by an accredited non-government Australian secondary school or public or private university or college. Limited to one per school campus. Contact us to order.
