- MEET JONATHAN JONES I daily
Get your daily dose of Artist's Insight with Jonathan Jones, as he discusses the development of barrangal dyara (skin and bones) and the ideas that inspired this project. 12:30PM
- ANNIVERSARY OF THE GARDEN PALACE FIRE I 22 Sept
Commemorate the Anniversary of the Garden Palace Fire with special events and extended evening access to the project. See students of Wiradjuri language from Parkes reflect on their experiences, listen to the spectacular Gondwana Choirs and join in on storytelling with Aunty Julie Freeman. 4–8PM
- LUNCHTIME TALKS I daily
Delve into a range of topics with our Lunchtime Talks, featuring experts on everything from language, agriculture and history to music, cultural practices and food. 1PM
- SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMS I weekends + school holidays
Families can pick up a free Activity Booklet on-site, with fun ways to engage with the installation. Children aged 8–12 can also take part in our exciting School Holiday Programs during the break.
- THE LOST GARDEN PALACE I weekends
Visit the Palm House to see historical images from the Garden Palace in the Sydney's Forgotten Ancestor display, with Lost Garden Palace talks that bring its short, dramatic history to life on Saturdays, Sundays and Labour Day.
