MUSICAL PERFORMANCE: MOZART REIMAGINED

Kaldor Public Art Projects, in partnership with the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, presents a unique performance event, as a musical response to Anri Sala’s The Last Resort.


With expert commentary by acclaimed scholar and performer Neal Peres Da Costa, the Conservatorium’s Early Music Ensemble demonstrates how Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto in A Major might have sounded in 1791, highlighting similarities and contrasts with Anri Sala’s interpretation, and revealing new perspectives on one of Mozart’s most-loved compositions.
